1) WHAT ARE YOUR TRAINING REQUIREMENTS?
2) WHAT ARE YOUR COMPANY’S OR STAFF’S TRAINING REQUIREMENTS?
3) WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF TRAINING?
4) WHERE SHOULD YOU INQUIRE ABOUT THE FOREGOING?
The first thing you should do is conduct a Training Needs Analysis! A Training Needs Analysis focuses on your or your organization’s goals and objectives, assisting you in determining the tasks and people required to achieve those goals and, ultimately, the objectives.
Once you’ve determined what your requirements are, you’ll need to put the training into action. You would train to achieve your goal! As a result, you must trust your Training Provider in the same way that you would trust an investor or bank where you would invest your money.
This leads to the following: DEVELOPMENT OF SKILLS The Skills Development Facilitator course from Academy Training Group will provide learners with the knowledge and skills needed to:
- Identify training needs,
- create Workplace Skills Plans (WSP),
- create Annual Training Reports (ATR),
- and put Quality Management Systems (QMS) in place in an organization.
It is the responsibility of the Skills Development Facilitator to ensure that the skills development plan is followed and properly administered. They should also put in place a quality management system (QMS) for organizational skill development practices. A Skills Development Facilitator has a lot of responsibility, so they have to meet a lot of criteria.
