How to Put an End to Unauthorized Funeral Policy Deductions.

Send the following information via SMS to 35548:

  • Identity number Dispute
  • Names in full
  • Name of the insurance company Policy duration
  • The reason for the cancellation
  • If you are unsure of the name of the insurance company deducting from your social grant, call 0800 601 011.

Permanent grants, on the other hand, have no expiration date and recipients receive them as long as they meet the requirements.
