Next Week’s R350 Grant Payment Dates

Award recipients of the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) grant can receive their funds in a variety of ways.

Collecting your SRD funds through the South African Post Office is one of these payment ways (SAPO).

It’s vital to note that payments for SRD grants are only made on specific days. The final three digits of beneficiaries’ identification numbers define the day on which they will receive their grants.

These payment dates are only for those who pick up their SRD grants at the Post Office. Grant recipients should wait for an SMS from SAPO telling them that their awards are ready for collection.

For the upcoming week, below are the R350 SRD grant payment dates:

• ID numbers that finish in 080 and 085 will be available on January 24th.
• ID numbers that end in 081 and 086 are valid until January 25th.
• ID numbers that finish in 082 and 087 will be available on January 26th.
• ID numbers that finish in 083 and 088 will be available on January 27th.
• ID numbers ending in 084 and 089 will be available on January 28th.

SRD grant recipients can also pick up their money at Pick & Pay and Boxer retailers, or have it deposited straight into their bank account if they are approved.

In March 2022, the SRD funding will expire.
