How Do I Obtain Seta Accreditation?
- SUBMIT APPLICATION – Only if applying for a full qualification with Services, send a Letter of Intent email to accrediation@qcto.org.za. SETA
- You do not need to submit a Letter of Intent to QCTO if you are applying for accreditation for a Unit Standard or Skills Programme.
- You must upload the QCTO referral letter under Step 6 – Documents of the application process.
COMPLETE AND UPLOAD YOUR APPLICATION
- – Fill out the online applications on the Learner Management and Information System of the Services SETA (LMIS)
- – To access the user guide, go HERE.
- – Upload your Quality Management System, including the Facilitator, Assessor, and Moderator information.
MATERIALS FOR LEARNING
- – If you have your own educational materials, please upload them under Step 6 – Documents.
- – If you want to use the Services SETA available learning material, please keep in mind that you will only be able to access it once your application has been approved. Contact a Services SETA Provincial office or the Head Office Accreditation department to obtain access to the material.
OUTCOME
- – Following the completion of the evaluation, the Services SETA sends a recommendation for accreditation to the QCTO for full qualifications.
- – The QCTO communicates the outcome of full qualifications directly to the provider.
- – Provided services The accreditation outcomes for unit standards and skills programs are communicated directly to training providers by SETA.
